Removing/Installing the Fork - Travel Ready XLT PRO

Equipped with Road Crown Compensator

Removing the Fork

1. Removethenutsecuringtheroadcrowncompensatortothefork.

2. Removetheroadcrowncompensatorfromtheforkbolt.

3. Removethetwosocketscrewsfromeachforkclamp.

4. Removetheplatefromthetopofthefork.

5. Removetheforkfromtheframe.

6. Removethefrontwheelfromthefork.RefertoRemovingtheFrontWheelonpage 70.

Installing the Fork

1. Positiontheforkontotheframe.

2. Positiontheplateontothefork.

3. SecuretheplatetotheframeusingthetwoclampsandfourSocketscrews.

4. Positiontheroadcrowncompensatorontotheforkbolt.

5. Securetheroadcrowncompensatortotheforkboltusingthenut.

6. Installthefrontwheel.RefertoInstallingtheFrontWheelonpage 71.

7. Testdrivehandcycle,ifhandcyclepullstotheleftorrightadjusttheroadcrown

compensator.RefertoAdjustingRoadCrownCompensatoronpage 51.
